The BONEMORE trial: Effects and Experiences of OsteoStrong vs. Dynamic Multicomponent Exercise on Bone Strength and Physical Function in Older Women

Research area: The thesis primarily examines two different training methods and their effects on the skeleton, physical function, and older women’s subjective experiences of the training methods.
