The course is for you who want to move in an undemanding and fun way!

Let the dance be a mental and physical oasis where your thoughts can rest for a while while you fill up with the joy of movement and community without the demands of performance. Each class ends with a quiet and restorative relaxation.

The course is aimed at those who have recurring problems of fatigue, anxiety, pain in the body, depression, stress, headaches, loneliness or hopelessness. Strengthen your mental health and well-being through the joy of dance!
