MBSR is an 8-week course for anyone who wants to reduce stress, improve their wellbeing, and develop a more mindful approach to everyday challenges. The course is based on evidence-based mindfulness methods.

About the course
- The course focuses on practical mindfulness exercises and shared group reflection activities.
- The MBSR programme includes a silent day (7–8 hours)
- For the best results, participants are expected to carry out daily mindfulness exercises at home between course sessions.
- The course is free of charge and conducted in English. Priority is given to those who can attend all sessions.

- KI employees and people affiliated with KI with an @ki.se email address.
- Group size: 8–12 participants.
