Lectures and seminars CBB teaching seminar: Longitudinal data analysis 3 - Marginal models
The Center for Bioinformatics and Biostatistics (CBB) presents a biostatistics seminar.
Title: Longitudinal data analysis 3 - Marginal models
Speaker: Dr. Henrike Häbel, statistician, Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics (LIME), KI Solna
Part 3 of our longitudinal data analysis series will introduce marginal models a.k.a. population-averaged models as an extension of generalized linear models to longitudinal data. We will discuss how generalized estimating equations (GEEs) can be used to analyze correlated data and guide through the different modelling choices along the way.
Before the seminar, a limited number of sandwiches and drinks will be served on a “First come – first served” basis starting 12:00. Show up early and network!
