A chance to welcome new KI students – in a paid role! We’re looking for students who want to work during the introduction week and at KI’s Welcome Days.

We’re looking for enthusiastic students for the following roles:
- Hosts (MCs)
- Audience assistants
- Panel participants
- Student greeters at Arlanda Airport
We are looking for a total of four hosts (MCs) for the ceremony.

For this role, it’s important that you feel confident speaking in front of a large audience.
The fee for this assignment is SEK 1350, which includes time spent on the rehearsal and ceremony, as well as scriptwriting and your own preparation time.
The student panel consists of 4–6 students from different programs who share their experiences and insights about life at KI. This could be anything from your favorite lunch spot on campus to your best study tips.
You’ll receive the questions in advance so you can prepare, but the session will be a live conversation on stage.
You should feel comfortable speaking in front of a large audience and sharing your personal experiences.
The fee for panel participation is SEK 750, which includes your time for preparation, with support from the group and KI’s communications team.
As an audience host, you play a key role in making the Welcome Day run smoothly. This is a fun and social assignment with varied tasks throughout the day. You’ll help out at different stations during both the ceremony and the fair, and will be assigned specific responsibilities.
