Congratulations to the nine researchers at NVS who received funds from Swedish Research Council.
Medicine and health
Marc Guitart-Masip, the Division of ARC, received in total 2,4 MSEK during three years 2022-2024 for the project ”Kartläggning av de neutrala och beräknande spåren av kontrollbrist och deras relevans för depression”.
Eric Westman, the Division of Clinical Geriatrics, received in total 5,2 MSEK dring five years 2021-2025 for the project ”Styrning av demensforskningen mot prec isionsmedicin - en hjärnavbildningsstudie för att förstå heterogeniteten i Alzheimers sjukdom”.
Davide Liborio Vetrano, the Division of ARC, received in total 5,2 MSEK during five years 2021-2025 for the project ”Biomarkörer som tecken på utveckling av multisjuklighet: sökande efter individanpassad behandling av kliniskt komplicerade äldre personer”.
Weili Xu, the Division of ARC, received in total 2,4 MSEK during three years 2022-2024 for the project ”Minskning av demensrisken hos äldre personer med karidometabol sjukdom”.

Grégoria Kalpouzos, the Division of ARC, received in total 4,9 MSEK during three years 2022-2024 for the project ”En undersökning av sambandet mellan accumulering av järn och mikroblödningar i hjärnan, kognitiv och fysisk funktion i en populationsbaserad studie om åldrandet genom maskinlärning”.

Erika Jonsson Laukka, the Division of ARC, received 2 MSEK 2021 for the project ”Långvariga nedsättningar i kognitiv och lukt-funktion efter mild Covid-19 – modifierande faktorer, hjärnkorrelat och prognostisk betydelse för välbefinnande och vardaglig funktionsförmåga”.

Amaia Calderón-Larrañaga, the Division of ARC received 2,4 MSEK during three years 2022-2024 for the project ”Uppföljning av äldre vuxnas hälsa för förebyggande och tidiga insatser: användning av Health Assessment Tool (HAT) i den svenska primärvården”.
