Welcome to Web Workshop and Wraps - update in preparation for KIRA while you eat!

For all LIME staff

Is your profile page on ki.se fully up to date? Or could your research group, team or unit page do with a little attention? Join us for a practical lunchtime workshop open to all LIME staff!

During 2026-2027, LIME is participating in KIRA (KI Research Assessment), an external evaluation of the quality of research and the conditions that support it at Karolinska Institutet. As part of the assessment process, an international panel of experts will visit the department. Ahead of the site visit, panel members may use our webpages to gain an understanding of LIME, our research groups, and our research activities. It is therefore important that the information available on ki.se is accurate, up to date, and complete.

Workshops with wraps

To facilitate the updating of this information, we invite all staff members to take part in a practical lunchtime workshop.

Bring your laptop, choose a page to work on and enjoy a lunch wrap. LIME’s web editor/communications officer Marie Lind, Sara Sutori, research assistant from NASP, as well as communications officer Beatrice Johansson, also from NASP will be available to help with content, wording, structure and questions about KI RIMS.

Why is it important?

• An up-to-date profile page makes your expertise and role clear. It helps colleagues, students, collaborators, funders and the media find the right person, while creating a professional and credible impression. Current information also performs better in KI’s search services, standard search engines and AI-based search tools.
• A clear research group page quickly shows visitors what the group studies and highlights relevant projects, research grants, publications and contacts. It can support collaboration, recruitment and engagement with students, funders and other external audiences.
