Welcome to all new KI Housing tenants – useful tips to help you get settled!

A warm welcome to all new KI Housing tenants! We hope you will enjoy your new home and your time in Stockholm.
To help you get settled, here are a few important things to remember:
Check your accommodation and complete your moving-in checklist
Once you have moved in, check the condition of your room or apartment and make sure everything is in order.
A moving-in checklist will be available in the KI Housing customer portal within a few days after your arrival. You must complete and submit it within 10 days from the starting date of your contract.
Use the checklist to report any damages or remarks you notice in your accommodation. Documenting any existing damage when you move in helps ensure that you will not be charged for damage that was already present when you started your tenancy.
If something needs to be repaired or taken care of, please remember to also submit a maintenance report in the customer portal. Reporting an issue only in the moving-in checklist is not sufficient.
Report maintenance issues
If something needs to be repaired, submit a maintenance report through the KI Housing customer portal. Please note that reporting an issue in the moving-in checklist is not the same as submitting a maintenance report.
Find practical information
On the KI Housing website, you can find information about your accommodation area, internet, fire safety, regulations, moving in and out, and much more.
