Welcome Fredrika Aronsson - New HR partner at MedH
In November Fredrika Aronsson started as HR partner at the Department of Medicine, Huddinge (MedH).
What will your main responsibilities be?
I will be taking over Jenna Almqvist’s duties at MedH during her parental leave and will assume the role of HR Partner for CIM.
Where are you coming from most recently?
I am coming most recently from Unilever, where I worked as a Change Consultant within HR/Talent, focusing on Nordic projects with an emphasis on workforce planning and system implementation. Prior to that, I primarily worked in recruitment and have a background in the staffing industry.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
Getting to know KI as an organisation, and gaining both the academic and public sector perspectives is what I am most curious about. I am also really looking forward to the combination of strategic and operational work in the role, as well as getting to know all my colleagues!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Eating really good food and spending time with friends, preferably at a charming restaurant or simply at home in the kitchen. If the sun is shining, you’ll find me outdoors, but I equally enjoy stretching out on the sofa with a good book.
