New lecturer och researcher at the Division of Occupational Therapy.

What is your mission at NVS?/What will you be working with?

”I started at KI in September as a lecturer and researcher. In January, I will also begin as the Programme Director for the Study programme in Occupational Therapy.”

Which division will you be working in?

”I will be working in the Division of Occupational Therapy.”

What do you look forward to the most in your new position?

”I worked as a researcher and teacher at KI ten years ago, and now it is fun to be back and to have started teaching and researching again! What I look forward to the most is leading the work on developing a new curriculum for the program. It will be a fun, collaborative, and complex effort!”

Where have you been active before and what have you done earlier?

”After KI, I worked as the head of an R&D unit focusing on elderly issues, and most recently, I come from the National Board of Health and Welfare, where as a unit manager, I led the work of establishing a national competence center for elderly care. An exciting assignment!”

When you are not working, what do you do for recreation?

”One thing I am doing right now is taking a course at Södertörn University on marine archaeology. It's fun to delve into something I know so little about!”

Tell us about the most beautiful place you have visited?

”If I have to choose, which is difficult: Plitvice National Park in Croatia. A fantastic mix of waterfalls, streams, and lakes.”
