CIMED (Center for Innovative Medicine) supports high-quality clinical and translational research at Campus Flemingsberg. CIMED’s mission is to strengthen the clinical research node at Campus Flemingsberg and stimulate collaboration between researchers at Karolinska University Hospital and Karolinska Institutet.
The proximity between research and patient care is crucial for the effective transfer of new research findings to clinical practice. By funding research projects with a clear exchange between clinical and experimental researchers at Campus Flemingsberg, CIMED aims to contribute to faster patient benefits from new research results.
CIMED is funded by Region Stockholm
