Rent increase from January 1, 2027

The rent for KI Housing accommodation may increase by up to 5% from January 1, 2027, due to increased rental costs from our landlords.
The final increase is still under negotiation and will be announced on the KI Housing website (ki.se/housing) once the negotiations have been concluded.
Once the new rents have been confirmed, you will find the updated monthly rents for each accommodation area and type under Accommodation areas.
