Renewal of environmental certification (re-certification) on October 22 - 24, 2024

The Department of Dental Medicine and the University Dental Clinic are unique at KI in being environmentally certified according to ISO 14001:2015. On October 22 to 24, 2024, we welcome Susanne Evergård from Intertek who will perform re-certification. She is here all days.
On October 22 - 24, the re-certification will take place from 8 am - 4.30 pm in all departments, units and clinics at the department. Samples will be taken in the field.
Examples of areas that will be audited:
- Environmental management system and documentation
- Our environmental objectives and action plans
- Legal requirements and compliance
- Chemicals management
- Waste management (examples of the areas to be audited)
Relevant managers and environmental officers have received information and agenda for the day.
