Primula starts retrieving population register data from the Swedish Tax Agency
Starting April 1, the payroll and HR system Primula will retrieve population registration details from the Swedish Tax Agency for KI employees. This is done to ensure that employees’ names and addresses are always correct and up to date.

If you use a different preferred name than the one registered with the Swedish Tax Agency and would like this name to appear as your display name on your profile page on ki.se, you have two options:
- Register or update your preferred name with the Swedish Tax Agency no later than March 20.
- Send an email to payroll@ki.se stating your KI-ID and the display name you would like to have in IDAC.
Please note that the change can only be made after April 1.
If none of the above actions is taken, your display name will automatically be updated in IDAC, RIMS, and on your profile page on ki.se based on your registered preferred name with the Swedish Tax Agency.
