Update of ki.se on January 23

The update includes the following changes that you as a visitor or editor may notice:

First part of the switch to Ladok: Course and Programme Syllabi

• New web display of course and programme syllabi and a new archive for these. The link to the new archive will be https://utbildning.ki.se/kurs-och-utbildningsplaner and https://education.ki.se/course-and-programme-syllabi. The course and programme syllabi will also have a new URL structure.
• Links to current course and programme syllabi on existing course and programme pages (in Selma) will automatically redirect to the new syllabi.
• Links to the current course syllabus in the "Course code" field on course web pages (in Drupal) will automatically redirect to the new syllabi.
• If you have linked to current course and programme syllabi on pages other than the course or programme page and the course web page, you as an editor will need to update the link manually.
• The publication of programme and course occasions later this spring will be displayed in a new way on the web - in May/June for international courses and programmes and in the fall for national ones.
• A new search function for programmes and courses will also be introduced later this year.

Improved search on the Staff Portal

• A new function has been installed on the Employee Portal. It allows you to go directly to the page you are looking for without passing through a search results list.
• Only pages on the Employee Portal are indexed.

Profile pages and contact card

• Changes made in KI RIMS will now be reflected faster on both the profile page and the contact card.
• Profile pages with the old address medarbetare.ki.se/people/firstname-lastname or staff.ki.se/people/fornamn-efternamn now redirect correctly.

Other

• If an editor sent out a temporary link to a news item that was locked to a specific group, the link did not work. This has now been fixed.
• It is now possible to add a document in an Accordion.
