MEB's routine for access card
From 1 September 2023, there is a new routine for MEB access cards.
- For new staff: An access card application form will be available on your first day at MEB. You may pick it up it in the postal room (in house 2, level 3), in the slot marked "Access card/Passerkort".
- Sign the form and if missing, fill out your personal identity number or date of birth. Bring the signed form and a valid ID card/passport to the reception in Aula Medica where they will issue your personal KI access card.
- To activate access to MEB on to your card you need to send an email to MEB Internservice at internservice@meb.ki.se. Include a photo of the card or the card number and your 4-digit code.
- If you already are a KI access card holder - employee or student at KI - and need to add MEB access, please contact internservice@meb.ki.se and provide your card number and 4-digit code.
