Hemsö postpones the work on window replacement and the extension of Novum
The planned work with replacement of windows and the planned extension project "Heart" will start significantly later than Hemsö has previously announced.
The window replacement
Our assessment is currently that we can make decisions about the process going forward in 2023/2024 at the earliest. One of the reasons is the economy we are in.
The window replacement is also connected to the "Heart" and here we also see that the project will not start up in the near future.
The extension of the Heart
The extension is parked by Hemsö until somewhere around 2026/2027 due to the project's complexity and finances.
Before an upcoming start-up of the extension and window project, we will give notice in good time. We will return with further information at the end of next year.
