New travel agency from 1 December
From 1 December 2026, BCD Travel will be our new travel agency. As part of the change in provider, we will also be introduced to a new online tool for booking business travel.
Ahead of the transition, we will publish all the information you need on this page including:
- information about the new booking tool
- how to get started and book a trip
- information about traveller profiles
- instructions and support materials
- frequently asked questions and answers
What do you need to do?
Do you already have a traveller profile?
You do not need to do anything right now. Please wait for the information that will be sent to you. You will receive an individual email with the subject line “BCD Travel Profile Update” and a link to the page for updating your profile.
You do not have a traveller profile yet?
More information about how to create or activate your profile will be available on the internal website before the agreement starts.
Until 30 November 2026, please continue to use NEO / Amex GBT in accordance with current procedures.
From 1 December 2026, please use BCD Travel / Trip Racer for all new bookings.
It is the date on which you make the booking – not the departure date of the trip – that determines which booking tool you should use.
Example:
- Booking made on 30 November with a departure date of 12 December 2026 → NEO / Amex GBT
- Booking made on 1 December or later with a departure date of 12 December 2026 → BCD Travel / Trip Racer
