New research project on development of social services in rural areas receives funding from Forte
Researcher Elisabet Höög (SOLIID) was a co-applicant in one of the projects that received funding from Forte, the Swedish Research Council for Health, Working Life and Welfare, in early Spring.
Researcher Elisabet Höög, SOLIID, at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics, pursues her research on how social services can be developed in municipalities in rural areas. She was a co-applicant in one of the projects that received a 970 000 SEK planning grant from Forte.
Annika Nordström, Umeå University/FoU Välfärd i Västerbotten is the main applicant and project leader of the project “Cross-border skills provision for a knowledge-driven social service within small municipalities in sparsely populated rural areas”.
