New booking system and fees for rooms DNA, Lipid and Protein in Neo
For meetings taking place on or after 1 February 2027, the DNA, Lipid and Protein rooms in Neo will be booked through TimeEdit instead of Outlook. A rental fee will also apply from that date.
Please use the booking system that corresponds to the date of your meeting:
- For meetings taking place on or after 1 February 2027, use TimeEdit.
- For meetings taking place before 1 February 2027, continue to use Outlook.
These changes follow a decision by Neo’s Steering Group to transfer responsibility for the rooms to KI’s Property and Facilities Office.
Those who had already booked one of the rooms in Outlook for a meeting on or after 1 February 2027 have been given the opportunity to rebook in TimeEdit. Bookings in TimeEdit will now open to everyone.
From 1 February 2027, a rental fee will apply to DNA, Lipid and Protein. The fee will depend on the room and the time of day.
