Neo - contact information and procedures for summer

As the summer vacations are approaching, it is important for all staff in Neo to have information about the staffing of the service team and who to contact regarding various issues in Neo.

In the event of an emergency

Neo service team

The reception is staffed Monday–Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, throughout the summer. If no one is present, a team member will return shortly.

For urgent issues during working hours, please call the team directly:

  • Dawud - 08-524 812 25

For service requests and error reporting: serviceteam-neo@ki.se

Important: The service team is not on call after normal working hours. Emails and requests sent during evenings, weekends, or holidays will be monitored the next working day.

Technical or operational issues

For problems in Neo related to electricity, backup power, ventilation, gas, compressed air, cooling, water, etc.

Ultra-freezers and isothermal tanks

In the event of a major issue (e.g. power outage, cooling failure, liquid nitrogen supply issue, multiple alarms), please follow the escalation process:

  • Hemsö On-Call: 0771-777 111

Important: For individual freezer alarms, please contact the responsible person listed on the freezer label.

Monitoring

During the summer, the KI security guard will continue to monitor all freezers and isothermal tanks (floors 3, 6 and 7) four times a day.
