Name Change in Primula
In Primula, employees’ names are displayed based on the population register held by the Swedish Tax Agency. These details can only be changed through the Swedish Tax Agency. In KI RIMS, you can change your display name yourself.
Names in Primula
Since 1 April, employees’ names are retrieved from the population register maintained by the Swedish Tax Agency.
For individuals with two surnames, for example Emma Ask Johansson, who is now listed only as Emma Johansson in Primula, this is because Ask is registered as a middle name rather than a surname with the Swedish Tax Agency.

Action required for only one given name to be displayed in Primula:
Specify your preferred given name with the Swedish Tax Agency
Action required to change your name in KI RIMS (ki.se):
You can change the name displayed on your profile page on the Edit my profile page in KI RIMS. You can do this by setting a Preferred Name on the Account Settings page in KI RIMS.
