On the occasion of World Kidney Day, HRH Prince Daniel invited seven Swedish kidney and transplant researchers for a discussion at the Royal Palace.
During the meeting that took place on February 23rd , two of CLINTEC's doctoral students was given the opportunity to talk about their research projects.
Helen Erlandsson talked about her own study that shows good results in follow-up of elderly patients who have had a kidney transplant and Jessica Smolander informed the prince about how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected Swedish dialysis and kidney transplant patients.
