She will take up the post at the association's annual conference in September 2022.
The European Academy of Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction (EAOPD) is an association of researchers and clinicians with an interest in orofacial pain and dysfunction (OPD). The goal of the association is to increase the knowledge and skills of those who work in the area.
Every year, the association arranges a scientific conference with around 100 participants. In some years, the conference is organized as an international conference with the "Sister Academies" in America, Asia, and Australia.
