Limited Housing staff during the summer

From June 29 to August 17, KI Housing will have limited staff on duty so there may be a delay in answering emails and handling of maintenance requests. Urgent email questions and maintenance requests will be prioritized during this period.

Urgent maintenance issues

If you have an urgent maintenance request during the holiday season we ask you to use the contact details to the on-call service provided on our website:

Important!

The on-call emergency service must only be contacted for problems that risk to cause damage to property or person if they are not taken care of immediately, for example a power cut that affects the whole apartment or building, a water leak or a blocked sewage where there is a risk for flooding.

When there is no immediate danger, you should wait and contact us. Costs for consulting emergency service for non-urgent issues will be charged to the tenant.

Non-urgent maintenance issues must be reported in the customer portal.

Emails sent to the Housing office

The KI Housing office email (housingoffice@ki.se) will be unattended from July 6 to August 2.

Emails received during this period will be read and answered no earlier than the week following August 2.

We kindly ask that you send only one email regarding a particular matter. Sending multiple emails regarding the same matter will delay the processing of all incoming emails after the holiday period. Emails will be answered in order of priority, from urgent to less urgent matters.
