KI Researcher enters as expert in the Swedish Crown Princess Couple's Foundation

Professor Stefan Swartling Peterson at the Department of Global Public Health has been elected to the Swedish Crown Princess Couple's Foundation's expert council for the years 2022-2025.

The expert council aims to ensure that the projects and organizations that receives grants from the foundation promote good health and strengthen the community among children and young people in Sweden. The council consists of individuals with great interest and commitment, as well as with relevant experiences and knowledge of civil society or children and youth issues. The experts work voluntarily to support the foundation.

Stefan Swartling Peterson, Department of Global Public Health, is a Professor of Global Transformation for Health, former Global Health Director at UNICEF  2016-2020. He co-founded the Swedish branch of Médecins Sans Frontières, and has, among other things, been awarded the Martin H: son Holmdahl Prize 2020 for his commitment to children's and young people's right to health care.
