Five KI researchers receive grants from the Swedish Society for Medical Research
The Swedish Society for Medical Research (SSMF) has awarded grants to five KI researchers. The grants give both prominent researchers the opportunity to strengthen their position and provide establishment support for younger researchers.
SSMF's Consolidator Grant is a five-year grant that gives outstanding researchers the opportunity to strengthen their position as independent researchers. The KI researchers that have received the SSMF Consolidator Grant 2022 are:
- Marcus Buggert at the Department of Medicine, Huddinge.
- Petter Brodin at the Department of Women’s and Children’s health.
- Björn Reinius at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics.
