eHealth Core Facility - customer interview
We were a bit curious to find out what made our clients happy with their collaboration with the eHealth Core Facility, so we simply asked them!

How did you come into contact with the eHealth Core Facility?
We contacted you ourselves as we were aware of your core facility.
Why did you need help?
We needed help in setting up an app that had already been developed by an external partner. In addition, the app needed to undergo significant development based on previous experience and be adapted to new studies.
How did the collaboration work? Did you receive the help you needed or requested?
It was a very successful collaboration, with great responsiveness to our needs. Professional programmers who were well-versed in both technology and the medical field and contributed their own ideas.
What did the support involve?
In addition to building the new platform, ongoing support was required over several years.
The only issue that arose during this period was a server change at KI that was not flagged in good time, which caused an interruption in data collection. However, this did not lead to any serious consequences for the project.
What made the eHealth CF so good?
High expertise, accessibility, quick feedback and prompt action!
