Participating in a reference group is an important opportunity to influence tender documents and ensure that new contracts meet the organisation’s actual needs. The unit for purchase and procurement are now looking for staff members who wish to contribute to the work on an upcoming procurement process. We are looking for someone who is a frequent purchaser and who has a good knowledge of the products currently covered by KI’s framework agreement for laboratory consumables.
Which procurement processes are involved?
We are seeking a reference group for the framework agreement procurement for Laboratory Consumables (2–1065/2023). The current agreements currently cover 22 suppliers and are valid until October 2027.
Who are we looking for?
The reference group requires 4–6 people who:
- wish to provide valuable information regarding products and suppliers
- are experienced and new purchasers under the current agreements
- can actively participate in the preparation of procurement documents and supporting material
Time commitment
A kick-off meeting is planned for shortly after the summer, and the work will run from September through to April, during the spring, and is expected to involve approximately two meetings per month. Meetings will be held online or in person, depending on requirements.
