In his seminar, Professor Andrew Gennery, Great North Children's Hospital, University of Newcastle will present evidence of genotype-phenotype correlations, underlying mechanisms of specific complications, and outcomes following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Professor Andrew Gennery, Great North Children's Hospital, University of Newcastle. Professor Gennery is currently the Sir James Spence Professor of Child Health at Newcastle University and an Honorary Consultant Pediatric Immunologist at the Great North Children's Hospital. He is also Director of Paediatric Extracorporeal Photopheresis, Great North Children’s Hospital. He is involved in clinical immunology training, advanced clinical consultations of inborn errors of immunity and governance roles related to stem cell transplantation. By studying STAT3-DN-HIES patients across 27 countries, they revealed the extensive infectious and non-infectious burden of this disorder.
