About the speaker
Sebastien Talbot is a new Wallenberg Academy Fellow who will conduct his research at FyFa, starting January 2023. He currently holds a position as Associate Professor of Pharmacology at the Université de Montréal, Canada. Sebastien has extensive experience of sensory neuron biology of the peripheral nervous system and of immunology. At FyFa, he will build up his research group thereby focusing on protective mechanisms induced by nociceptors (pain-sensing neurons) on tumour growth.
