This presentation will focus on a novel lifestyle intervention that was developed and piloted as part of Anna Holmberg’s doctoral thesis. She will present findings from the pilot study and describe an ongoing randomized controlled trial evaluating the intervention’s effects on lifestyle behaviors, physical health outcomes, obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms, and related mental health outcomes.

About the speaker
Anna Holmberg is a clinical psychologist who completed her PhD at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience in April 2026. Her research focuses on somatic health and lifestyle habits in obsessive-compulsive disorder, aiming to better understand and reduce the physical health burden associated with the condition.
