Internal courses and training Online Workshop for REDCap beginners: REDCap Basics
Are you using or planning to use REDCap as a data collection tool, and need help getting to know the system? CDO provides regular online workshops where we provide an introduction to REDCap.
This workshop series is divided into two sessions, one describing more basic settings and the other covering more advanced functions in REDCap. You can choose to sign up for only one session or for both sessions, depending on your previous experience. Both sessions will be given in English.
When?
Session 1 – Friday 11th September 2026, 9.30-12.00: Basic settings in REDCap (Online Designer, User Rights, Collecting and Exporting Data)
Session 2 – Friday 25th September 2026, 9.30-12.00: Advanced settings in REDCap (Branching logic, Survey settings and invitations, longitudinal data collection, MLM, e-consent)
Who can sign up for the workshops?
Anyone with a KI-ID is welcome to sign up. The workshop is designed for people with no or limited experience in REDCap. Attendance is capped at 50 participants.
