Welcome to KI Educational Congress - a space to share, discuss and discover. The congress is a Nordic meeting place for those involved in or interested in medical education research and health professions education. The congress offers two full days of lectures, workshops and activities on pedagogy and health professions education.

25 years of promoting research in medical education – Anniversary symposium for the Gunnar Höglund and Anna-Stina Malmborg Foundation
This year, the conference also coincides with the 25th anniversary of the Gunnar Höglund and Anna-Stina Malmborg Foundation, which will be marked by a symposium at the Nobel Forum.
The symposium will highlight the research supported by the Foundation through the Foundation’s prize, KI Fellows programme and research grants. The symposium will be moderated by former prize winner Brian Hodges. Speakers will include the Foundation’s chair Jörgen Larsson, the prize committee chair Anna Kiessling and scientific secretary Terese Stenfors, the 2026 KIPRIME prize winner Olle ten Cate, representatives of the KIPRIME Fellows programme, Renee Stalmeijer and Jonas Nordquist, and Agnes Elmberger and Sven Alfonsson as recipients of research grant.
