Session 3 – Small-Group Discussions Sessions (including coffee break)
Participants will be divided into small, mixed groups of PIs, postdocs, PhD students, research staff, and administrative staff. Each participant should prepare in advance two questions on topics they would find useful to discuss with colleagues, such as science, methods, expertise or resources, career development, administration, or collaboration opportunities.
Several short discussion rounds will be held. Groups will select a question, discuss it, and a designated representative will briefly share the main points before the next round.

Session 5 – From Discovery to Societal Impact
How can we help the knowledge generated by our research travel further and ultimately benefit others? This session explores routes from scientific discovery to societal impact, including clinical translation, technology development, drug discovery, innovation, and commercialisation.
