This course, “Get Started Training,” is for you who want to get started with working out at the gym or at home and need some help establishing a new training routine.
The course consists of a total of five sessions, each lasting 45/60 minutes. You don’t need any prior experience. Everyone is welcome.

Course Structure 

After the course, you will have gained:

  • Basic knowledge of both cardio and strength training.
  • Hands-on experience with the cardio machines available at Base, so you feel confident using them for both warm-ups and interval training.
  • Tried a tailored strength training program using both bodyweight and free weights, which you can easily continue practicing on your own.

All sessions are on Tuesdays. First and last session at kl. 11:30-12:30, others at 11:30-12:15
