This course, “Get Started Training,” is for you who want to get started with working out at the gym or at home and need some help establishing a new training routine.
The course consists of a total of five sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. You don’t need any prior experience. Everyone is welcome.
Course Structure
After the course, you will have gained:
- Basic knowledge of both cardio and strength training.
- Hands-on experience with the cardio machines available at Base, so you feel confident using them for both warm-ups and interval training.
- Tried a tailored strength training program using both bodyweight and free weights, which you can easily continue practicing on your own.

- Joy of Movement: The program and intensity are adapted to the participants. The focus is on enjoying movement rather than perfecting details.

- Variety: Try different types of training and receive a personalized workout plan to continue with.

All sessions are on Tuesdays 12:00-13:00 in Campus Gym Solna.

Practice for yourself until the follow up session. - 20 October
For best results, schedule one self-practice session per week between course sessions.

The group has space for 8 participants and is aimed at employees at KI.
