Professor Søren Dinesen Østergaard (Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital) will present findings from the study Potentially Harmful Consequences of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot Use Among Patients With Mental Illness.
In addition to discussing the emerging role of ChatGPT and similar tools among patients with mental illness, he will describe how the study was conducted using electronic health record (EHR) data, including the regulatory, ethical, and practical processes required to access and analyze such data within the Danish healthcare system.
