Why coaching?
Coaching is a powerful journey of growth and self-discovery. Your coach is not here to give you ready-made answers, they are here to challenge and empower you to uncover your own solutions. Together, you will explore strategies, overcome obstacles, and unlock your potential to achieve your goals.
This coaching campaign will include 3 individual coaching meetings, tailored exercises to fit your situation and time for reflection and meaningful insights. This coaching campaign is designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction as you prepare for your next career steps.
Who can apply?
PhD students at Karolinska Institutet.
A limited number of participants will receive individual career coaching from a professional coach at KC-group Leadership Development AB, a career development company. KC-group also collaborates with KI on the Individual Career Planning and Career Transition program, led by the Competence Provision Unit of the HR Office at KI.
Selection process
Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those nearing their dissertation date and with clear coaching needs. We will inform you if you have a spot when all the places are filled. We kindly advise you to apply soon, as spots fill quickly.
