Conferences and symposiums Bites of Learning lunch webinar: Transforming learning through systems thinking

Unlock the power of seeing the whole picture, discover how systems thinking transforms complex challenges into innovative solutions in education and beyond. Welcome to this Bites of Learning session with Nina Viberg on systems thinking. In this session unlock the power of systems thinking.
Systems thinking in teaching and learning is an approach that encourages understanding and addressing educational challenges by viewing them as interconnected parts of a dynamic whole. It involves seeing the "big picture", recognising how different components of education such as curriculum, assessment, student support, and faculty development interact and impact one another.
Why should you attend? System thinking equips educators and researchers with a powerful mindset and tools to understand the complex, interconnected nature of educational environments. This perspective helps identify root causes of challenges, improve problem-solving, foster innovation, and make more informed decisions that consider the broader impact on students, curriculum, and institutional goals. Participants will gain practical insights to enhance collaboration, adapt rapidly to change, and create more effective, sustainable learning experiences. This webinar prepares attendees to navigate complexity with confidence and lead transformative change in education.
