Join us for a day dedicated to ageing research. The symposium is organised by the Aging Research Centre (ARC), a joint venture between Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University.

We are living longer than ever, while our environment and society are changing at a rapid pace. This makes research on ageing, health and living conditions for older people increasingly vital, both from a scientific and societal perspective.

In recent decades, Swedish ageing research has achieved remarkable progress, laying a strong foundation to address future challenges and seize new opportunities. Collaboration across disciplines and sectors is essential to ensure healthy ageing and good quality of life for older adults.

During this symposium, leading researchers will share insights into Swedish ageing research, from cognitive and social factors to biological preocesses and advances in care and treatment.

The event is free of charge and includes a light lunch and refreshments. Please note that the places are limited (first come, first served) and that registration is required.

Please note that the symposium is in Swedish (see full programme and registration on the Swedish calendar event).
