Awarded ALF Grants for FyFa
In collaboration with Karolinska Institutet, the Royal Institute of Technology, and Stockholm University, Region Stockholm offers funding for projects in healthcare, medical technology, AI, mental health, and sustainable societal development. Follow our researchers who have received funding through ALF.
ALF (Agreement on Medical Education and Research) is an agreement between the Swedish state and certain county councils/regions aimed at supporting medical research and the education of doctors. Through the ALF agreement, university hospitals and other medical institutions receive funding to conduct high-quality clinical research and education. This agreement is crucial to ensuring that Sweden continues to be a leader in medical research and that healthcare is based on the latest scientific knowledge.
These projects represent a significant investment in the future of medical research and demonstrate Region Stockholm's commitment to supporting innovative and life-saving research initiatives.
