Apply for Grants from Sällskapet Barnavård

The Swedish Society for Child Care is calling for applications for support of over five million kronor for research, postgraduate education and further education in the field of pediatric diseases.

Grants for postgraduate education and research can be applied for by doctoral students and by researchers at the beginning of their postdoctoral research career (maximum 8 years after dissertation). It is also possible to apply for a start-up grant for doctoral students who are not yet registered.

Framework grants can be applied for by independent researchers who are associate professors/research group leaders/team leaders (maximum 12 years after dissertation).

Research grants can be applied for operating and salary costs to be managed by Karolinska Institutet. Indirect costs to KI (so-called INDI; calculate 22%) must be included in the cost calculations.

Applications can also be applied for personal tax-exempt scholarships for postgraduate education covering a continuous period of 2–6 months. For a starting scholarship, the estimated amount is 13,000 SEK/month, for a doctoral student 22,500 SEK/month and for a post-doc 25,500 SEK/month.
