Anna Martling awarded Honorary Fellowship in American College of Surgeons
We congratulate Professor Anna Martling, Research Group for Colorectal Surgery, Department of Molecular Medicine and Surgery, chief physician Tema Cancer, Karolinska University Hospital who has been named an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
The American College of Surgeons, ACS, was founded in 1913 and since then approximately 500 surgeons who have made an outstanding contribution in the field of surgery worldwide have received Honorary Fellowship. Anna Martling is the fourth Swedish surgeon to receive this honorary award since the ACS was founded.
