A word from the Head of Administration
The recruitment of a new Head of the Department of Neuroscience has been initiated, following the conclusion of the current Head, Gilberto Fisone's tenure on 31 December 2025. A nomination period will commence imminently, during which individuals will be afforded the opportunity to propose candidates. Further information will be distributed via email in due course.
Therese Brogårde is the new Health Ambassador at NEURO. She will be spreading news and tips and be our direct link to KI's health hub.

The last Departmental coffee before the summer break is on Tuesday 10 June. After that, we will take a break and be back this autumn.
Therese Brogårde new Health ambassador at NEURO
As new health ambassador at KI, Therese Brogårde will contribute to creating a healthy and collaborative working environment at the department. She will be the link between NEURO and KI’s Health Hub, guiding you through KI’s health promotion benefits and the Health Hub offerings.

Additionally, we would like to remind everyone who does not have standard vacation arrangements to register their vacation days in the PA-web system as soon as possible.

Financial closure
The financial closure is approaching and UBW/Agresso Web is closing on 7 July 2025. Hence, all supplier invoices should be approved and authorized by 3 July 2025, at the latest.
