A word from the head of administration
As the year comes to an end, I would like to thank you all for your great work and engagement during 2025.
In addition, we would like to extend our gratitude to Gilberto Fisone as he concludes his term as Head of the Department of Neuroscience, and extend a warm welcome to Marie Carlén, who will assume this role on 1 January 2026.

Neuro Admin availability during the holiday season
26 December 2025 and 6 January 2026 are public holidays in Sweden.
Please note that 2 and 5 January 2026 are so-called “klämdagar” (in-between-days), during which all administrative and technical staff are off duty. Furthermore, the administrative unit at NEURO will be scarcely staffed on 22–23 and 29–30 December.

In case of emergency, please contact the Head or Deputy Head of Department and/or Head of Administration during this period.

The financial closure is approaching and UBW/Agresso Web is closing on 5 January 2026. Hence, all supplier invoices should be approved and authorized by 4 January 2026, at the latest.
