6 million SEK to researchers at KI
Two researchers at KI have been granted funding from the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg foundation with about 6 million SEK. The Foundation supports research in Social Sciences.
The researchers and their projects are:
Marc Guitart-Masip, the Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society
Project:”Quantifying prior beliefs for affective decision making and their relation to symptoms of depression”
Funding: 7 089 677 SEK
Torkel Klingberg, the Department of Neuroscience
Project:”Using AI for understanding early math learning”
Funding: 9 083 000 SEK
About the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation
The Foundation primarily grants funding for projects related to social sciences. Priority projects include new research areas and research of a cross-border nature, preferably with a focus on IT and digital media. The research program Wallenberg Clinical Fellows also grants funding for clinical medicine.
