Well-attended symposium with guests from Singapore

During two intensive days, researchers from the KI Dental Medicine, Nanyang Technical University and the National Dental Centre of Singapore came together to share their research in a joint symposium. Symposium participants include representatives from the Swedish government and Stockholm County Council. The focus was research, education, and innovation for a better oral health in this joint event, many of the research projects presented were sponsored by the SOF grant. New exciting research and techniques that can improve dental research and education were discussed from a global and social-political perspective. Since October 2016, KI Dental Medicine is part of the tripartite alliance with the National Dental Centre Singapore and Nanyang Technical University, aiming at developing technology platforms to educate dentists of the future.
