Welcome Maria Staiger – new HR officer at NVS

What´s your role at NVS?

I´m going to work as a HR officer at the department. My role is to provide support to managers and employees in personnel matters, such as recruitment, scholarships, work environment and payroll administration.

What are you most looking forward to with your new job?

I look forward to get to know and work with all my new colleagues at NVS. I hope I will be able to contribute to the development of the HR area at the Department and I also look forward to develop myself in my role as a HR officer.

What´s your previous work experience?

I have previously worked in the travel business as well as the law business with personnel and education matters. I have worked at KI, the Department of Clinical Science, Intervention and Technology since 2015. I have always had a great interest in people, relations and different cultures.

How do you spend your spare time?

I like to spend time outdoors, long walks with the dog and I love to read and spend time with my family and friends.
