Andreas Eklund is the new HR administrator and substitute for Ellinor Lind during her parental leave. We took the opportunity to ask Andreas a few questions.

What are you mostly looking forward to in your new role?

I hope that in this role, I will be able to develop and learn some skills that I haven't been exposed to yet. I also want to continue my personal development. My goal is to maintain a high standard both for myself and for the institution.

Briefly about your background...

I graduated from the human resources programme at Stockholm University in June last year, where I majored in sociology. I worked at the ERG department for about six months before I came here.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

When I'm not working or thinking about work, I spend time exercising, doing yoga, playing soccer, etc.

What is the most beautiful place you have visited?

I would say that the most beautiful place I've ever been to was in the mountains in North Vietnam where I backpacked and spent time in the Ha Giang area.

What was the last book you read?

I read one of Pascal Engman's books. We actually went to the same high school. Otherwise, I would recommend Code Name Pam, which can inspire people that despite setbacks and different conditions in life, you can still succeed as long as you have the right mindset.
