Volunteer for a Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Study!

Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) is a non-invasive radiation free imaging modality that has quickly become the gold standard for many physiological measurements of the heart.

CMR imaging of heart

About the study

As CMR is rapidly advancing, normal reference values are largely lacking. The objective of this study is therefore to obtain normal values for contrast excretion into the small amount of pericardial fluid normally present around the heart in healthy volunteers.

Who can participate?

  • You are aged between 18-80
  • You are healthy

How the study is performed

Volunteering for this study includes a blood sample, a contrast injection and a 1 hr CMR-scan for a total time of approx. 1.5 hrs.
